Our Project Life Cycle: An End-to-End Solution from Survey to Maintenance

At the BM Makina Group, we begin every project with a survey and needs analysis, then assess the risks and prepare a feasibility study, quotation and project plan. Mechanical/electrical design and engineering calculations are carried out; where necessary, prototyping/validation steps are applied. During production, chain hoist systems, conductor rail/power transmission solutions, cable reels and rail-system maintenance equipment (e.g. mobile lifting jacks, support stands, welding positioners) are manufactured in our factory. Every sub-component passes pre-assembly quality control and function tests.

On site, installation, cabling, parameter settings and commissioning are carried out. On delivery, user training, operation and maintenance documentation and spare-parts lists are provided. After delivery, we support operation throughout the system’s life cycle with service, maintenance, remote support and on-site intervention. At every stage, we aim for uninterrupted, efficient and long-life operation with the principles of occupational safety, traceability and continuous improvement.
