Control systems govern the speed, position and safe shutdown of vehicles on electric monorail (EMS) and automated handling lines. Throughput matters, but positioning accuracy and safe stopping depend entirely on the control layer.
The VAHLE range covers three levels. VCS1 is a compact, intelligent conveyor control for single-axis handling tasks. VCSX offers a modular, configurable architecture for multi-axis lines that combine switches, vertical transfer units, lifting stations and cranes. VCS-SMG-SAFE and VCS-PCB-SAFE add functional safety, providing safe shutdown and safe speed functions where personnel and equipment protection is required.
BM Makina Group engineers these controls together with the power and data transmission infrastructure, and provides commissioning and after-sales support from its facility in Gebze, Türkiye.
