BKB / ALUBKB Monorail Crane System

BKB / ALUBKB Monorail Crane System are modular light crane solutions with C-profile rail technology, developed by BM Makina for the safe, ergonomic and efficient handling of light and medium loads. Installed suspended from ceilings, steel structures or existing column/beam structures, BKB / ALUBKB monorail lines carry loads of up to 1,000 kg quietly, smoothly and under full control thanks to low-friction carrier trolleys and electric chain hoist integration. With the advantages of local production, flexible design options and optional powered travel, the BKB / ALUBKB monorail is the ideal industrial transport system for assembly lines, machine feeding, workbench applications and intralogistics processes.

C-Profile Light Rail Technology — Special C-section steel or aluminium profiles provide low-friction, quiet and stable travel. The enclosed profile keeps the trolley from derailing and protects wheels and bearings from external influences. Ergonomic Handling up to 1,000 kg — Within the right capacity range, loads can be moved manually with very little force; an electric tractor trolley provides powered travel when needed. Modular Monorail Layout — Straight, L-, U- or ring-shaped lines with standard and project-specific profile lengths; extension sets, switches and curve elements adapt the line to the process flow. Short Headroom — Maximum Usable Height — Thanks to the compact hoist and rail geometry, hook height is maximized, especially in low-ceiling facilities, and the floor stays completely free. Electric Chain Hoist Integration — BKB / ALUBKB monorails are fully compatible with electric chain hoists, balancers and vacuum lifting systems, providing controlled lifting and positioning for delicate processes.
