Contactless power supply (CPS) transfers energy inductively, without physical contact between collector and conductor rail. With no contact there is no wear, no sparking and virtually no maintenance.
The VAHLE CPS family is available in two frequencies: 20 kHz for higher power transfer and 140 kHz for high-speed, precision applications.
Typical uses are clean-room production, high-speed handling systems, automated warehouses and lines exposed to water or dust. Power demand, runway length and air gap are calculated for each project, and BM Makina Group provides commissioning support in Türkiye.
