DEMYKS Rotary Table Systems
DEMYKS Rotary Table Systems are heavy-duty turntable platforms developed by BM Makina for rail maintenance and production facilities. Thanks to the circular platform integrated at floor level, bogies and wheelsets can be directed to different tracks without leaving the rails. The system is designed as a transfer and direction-changing solution connecting the rail lines inside the workshop.
High Strength – Precise Control
Rotary Table Systems turn heavy loads safely through 360°. The rail-covered top surface aligns precisely with the fixed tracks in the workshop, so a bogie, wagon axle or wheelset can be turned to the desired direction without leaving the rails — speeding up maintenance, increasing space efficiency and minimizing equipment movement. The motorized rotating mechanism runs on an electric motor with a gearbox drive; rotation is managed precisely from the control panel, and the system can stop and lock automatically at predefined positions (e.g. 90°, 180°). Operator intervention is minimal and track alignment is achieved with full accuracy.

Railway production factories: part routing and alignment between assembly lines. Heavy industry and machinery production: special configurations for assembly processes where large parts must be rotated.
