LIFTKET Low-Headroom Hoist

The LIFTKET Low-Headroom Hoist is a heavy-duty electric chain hoist solution developed to provide maximum hook height in facilities with an extra-short headroom and very limited building height. With up to 4,000 kg capacity, it enables safe, ergonomic lifting on low-ceiling lines where standard hoists fall short.

Thanks to the extra-short headroom design, the hoist body and trolley are brought as close as possible to the ceiling structure, so the available ceiling height is converted almost entirely into lifting height. The integrated synchronous (Gleichlauf) control ensures balanced, synchronized lifting of the load in twin-chain or multi-point lifting arrangements.

As the Türkiye distributor of the LIFTKET product family, BM Makina integrates this compact low-headroom hoist into turnkey lifting projects together with BKB light crane systems, steel-construction bridge cranes, gantry cranes and VAHLE power transmission solutions. This provides a high-efficiency, long-life crane solution for low-ceiling areas in both new investments and modernization projects.

Extra-short construction – maximum hook height

Thanks to a specially designed compact short headroom, the load hook works exceptionally close to the ceiling. This gives more effective lifting height than standard low-headroom hoists.

Synchronous operation (Gleichlauf) and advanced control options

The integrated synchronous control ensures synchronized operation of the chain hoists. It can be configured on request with special control panels, a frequency inverter, soft start/stop and precise speed control.

High safety standard

With an electromagnetic brake, overload protection, end-limit switches and optional additional safety sensors, it offers safe operation under heavy-duty conditions. LIFTKET’s quality standard, compliant with international norms, is combined with BM Makina’s field experience.
