LIFTKET STAR ONE Single-Phase

STAR ONE is LIFTKET’s single-phase electric chain hoist solution used worldwide. Compatible with all single-phase mains at 110–240 V, 50/60 Hz, it can be run from a standard socket in almost any country. This makes it an ideal lifting device not only for fixed installations but also for service, maintenance, site and mobile applications.

Offered with BM Makina assurance, STAR ONE provides both safe and precise lifting with up to 2-tonne capacity, load-dependent speed control, the EASY CONNECT quick-connection system, 24 V DC low-voltage control and VFD-controlled travel.

Universal single-phase compatibility (110–240 V, 50/60 Hz)

Even when the mains standard differs between countries and plants, STAR ONE is easily commissioned thanks to its single-phase compatibility — a major advantage for workshops, service, small businesses and mobile solutions.

Capacity up to 2 tonnes

Safe lifting for light and medium loads from 125 kg to 2 tonnes. An ideal working range for maintenance, assembly and material handling.

Load-dependent speed control (VFD)

Thanks to the integrated frequency converter (VFD), it automatically optimizes the lifting/lowering speed based on the load:

• Faster with light loads,
• More controlled and precise with heavy loads.

Speed ramps for soft start and soft stop reduce load sway and mechanical strain.

EASY CONNECT connection system

A design providing practical, fast electrical connection significantly shortens maintenance, relocation or transfer to different lines.

24 V DC low-voltage control

For operator safety the control circuit runs on 24 V DC low voltage, with an ergonomic control-button design compliant with industrial safety standards.

Modular structure, easy service and maintenance

Motor, brake, gearbox and electronic components are modular and can be replaced individually when needed. This minimizes downtime and lowers total maintenance cost.

STAR ONE integrates easily with BM Makina’s:
