VAHLE Compact Conductor Systems VCL

Compact Design — Maximum Efficiency: in every type of shuttle application, the VCL system can be used in two- or three-pole versions. Its ultra-compact design lets the system hide inside the travel profile; long-life current collectors and brushes reduce maintenance frequency and minimize operating costs.
Optimized for High-Capacity Automation — in automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS) for mini-load warehouses or stacker crane applications in pallet warehouses, VCL offers four- to six-pole solutions. Combined with the VAHLE Multi Carrier (VMT), it provides wide suspension spacing and mechanical protection, and optical positioning systems integrate easily.

Compact Conductor Systems VCL — VMT, the carrier optimized for VCL. The VAHLE Multi Carrier (VMT) is an optimized carrier system for fast, economical, modular installation of conductor systems. It adapts to different conductor systems and allows the integration of positioning systems. Suspension spacing up to 3.5 metres; fast installation with plug-in and clamping technology; a universal suspension compatible with all standard vertical profiles; a robust structure protecting the conductor system from mechanical impact; full integration with optical positioning systems.
