BKB / ALUBKB Light Crane Systems

BM Makina BKB / ALUBKB Light Crane Systems (aluminium profile) are modular light crane solutions developed to move loads of up to 1,000 kg safely, ergonomically and with minimum operator effort. Developed and patented by BM Makina Grup’s own R&D and produced entirely in Türkiye, BKB / ALUBKB is a much lighter, quieter and more user-friendly alternative to conventional steel profile systems.

BKB / ALUBKB is a light crane system consisting of bridges and hoist trolleys running on aluminium rails suspended from the ceiling or a supporting structure. Thanks to the special aluminium alloy C-section profiles: operators can move loads by hand with very little force; minimum vibration and quiet running provide a comfortable environment; and the short headroom (approach dimension) delivers maximum working area even in low-ceiling and narrow spaces. BKB / ALUBKB is designed to bring maximum ergonomics and speed to assembly lines, cellular production stations and in-shop material handling processes.

Light yet Durable Aluminium Profile Structure — Specially designed ALUBKB500 and ALUBKB1000 aluminium profiles; much lighter than standard steel systems; up to 1,000 kg capacity depending on profile and system configuration. Where operator effort is not desired, effort can be reduced to zero. Ergonomics and Operator Comfort — Smooth travel with low-friction bearing trolleys; loads positioned by hand with precision; quiet operation that reduces noise and improves workplace comfort; up to 50% less operator effort compared with similar steel systems. Modular and Flexible Design — Single-rail monorail, single bridge, double bridge, gantry or jib crane configurations; suspension brackets, extension pieces, cable trolleys, stoppers and power feed components for a fully modular system; rails can be joined to any length, so the line can be extended or modified later; mounting to ceilings, walls, steel structures or free-standing gantry legs. Electric Drive Option — As standard, BKB / ALUBKB works as an ergonomic push/pull system. When needed: an electric tractor trolley (powered travel) can be added for long lines or heavier parts; bridge or trolley travel can be motorized, reducing the operator’s physical load to nearly zero; productivity and speed increase significantly on busy, repetitive lines.
