BKB is the profile and track system family BM Makina developed for light crane solutions. Thanks to modular steel and aluminium profiles, low-friction trolley design and compact approach dimensions, it provides fast, safe and ergonomic handling of loads up to 1,000 kg. Monorail, overhead, gantry and jib configurations scale easily on a single site; the system can be extended, dismantled or revised even when the line layout changes. It works fully integrated with LIFTKET electric chain hoists and VAHLE energy transmission systems, with manual or electric travel options. On assembly lines, workbench applications, raw material feeding and cellular production areas it raises operator efficiency and reduces downtime. A project-based engineering approach, fast installation, training, service and spare parts support deliver a long-lasting, low-maintenance infrastructure.

ALUBKB is BM Makina’s light crane system built from aluminium profiles. Its high rigidity-to-weight ratio, very low friction and quiet operation improve operator ergonomics, while a short dead zone and compact approach dimensions give superior manoeuvrability in tight spaces. With monorail, overhead, gantry and jib configurations it handles loads of up to 1,000 kg quickly and safely. Its modular structure allows easy installation, disassembly and line revisions, and it scales with manual or electric travel options plus an optional electric tractor trolley. Fully integrated with LIFTKET chain hoists and VAHLE energy transmission solutions, ALUBKB clearly raises productivity on assembly lines, workbench applications and cellular production.

DEMYKS is the BM Makina product family developed for rail maintenance workshops: with mobile and underfloor lifting jacks, transport stands, bogie turntables and 2/3-axis welding positioners it makes train and wagon maintenance safe, fast and standards-compliant. Synchronized lifting and secure locking prevent faulty load distribution, while the modular architecture adapts easily to different axle spacings and vehicle types. Fast commissioning, traceable test and acceptance procedures and user training target minimum downtime. Durable mechanical design and spare-part continuity provide a long-life, low-maintenance infrastructure. Proven in metro, tram and mainline railway workshops, DEMYKS solutions are supported across the whole life cycle with after-delivery service, periodic maintenance and technical consultancy.

BM Makina’s KATO series offers motorized and spring-driven cable reeling drums designed for the safe management of power and control cables on mobile industrial systems. With a heavy-duty body, compact architecture and horizontal/vertical mounting options, it provides uninterrupted supply on gantry, mobile and overhead cranes, magnet cranes, port equipment, e-RTG/RTG, conveyor and automation lines. Optimized winding geometry and torque control extend cable life and reduce maintenance. A wide drum and capacity range, slip ring and connection options allow project-specific configuration. Backed by after-sales spare parts, training and service, KATO delivers a long-life, low-maintenance solution.
