VAHLE U10 and FABA100 Power and Data Transmission Systems — the classic of industrial automation: U10 insulated conductor systems. VAHLE’s legendary U10 model was designed in the mid-1980s alongside the rise of electrified monorail systems. Continuously developed ever since, it has evolved into an intelligent line solution working integrated with power transmission, data transfer, positioning and control systems. Durable and low-maintenance, the U10 system is the preferred choice on automotive production lines, and also stands out in intralogistics and material handling as a long-life, reliable solution for power and data transmission. Its compact structure fits easily into tight installation spaces, with injection-moulded parts produced specifically for each rail element.

The VAHLE Multi Carrier (VMT) is the ideal support structure for fast, economical and flexible installation of conductor systems. It supports a range of conductor systems and also allows the integration of positioning systems. Suspension spacing up to 3.5 metres; quick, easy installation with plug-in and clamping technology; a universal suspension compatible with all standard vertical profile types; a robust structure protecting the conductor system from mechanical impact; and integration support for optical positioning systems.
