Reliable Power Solutions for Mobile Industrial Applications — mobile industrial applications demand an uninterrupted, dependable power supply. Crane systems, amusement park rides, sorter systems and slip ring assemblies each place different technical demands depending on ambient conditions and power requirements. VAHLE offers two effective solutions for high-frequency special systems such as intralogistics and theme park applications. With solid copper profiles, high wear resistance and acid-resistant construction, these systems deliver reliable power transmission even in demanding industrial environments with complex track layouts.

Heat-Resistant Options for Harsh Environments — in addition to the standard versions, heavy-duty models are available, also offered as heat-resistant versions. They are designed for production environments requiring high temperature and chemical resistance, such as galvanizing plants, pickling lines, electroplating systems and press lines.

Flexible Track Structure and Application Range — the standard length of U20 and U30 systems is 6 metres, and curved track applications are possible. Conductor systems can be bent on site to match the installation or delivered pre-shaped from the factory, so the system adapts perfectly to ambient conditions and route design.

Certified Safety and Quality Standards
